Have questions about joining our virtual sessions? Check out these frequently asked questions that can guide you through the process.

I’m registered – how do I attend the virtual sessions?

Head on over to the Agenda page, right here on the EmpowerCX website. You’ll see a “Join Broadcast” button beneath each session title which will become active 2 minutes before the session start time.

When a session ends, come right back to the Agenda page and click on the next session.

On the go? Never fear. You can join right from your phone via the Sitel Events app by navigating to the Agenda tab.

Is there a recommended internet browser?

We recommend that you use Chrome for all EmpowerCX Virtual sessions. We also recommend you disable all pop up blockers and ad blockers as they might interfere with the session broadcasting.

I’m having trouble watching a session – what should I do?

If you’re experiencing issues, please check out the attendee troubleshooting guide. If you’re still having issues, please contact events@sitel.com.

Will recordings be available after the conference?

Absolutely! All sessions will be available on-demand after the live sessions conclude for ticket holders. You can access the recordings right from the EmpowerCX page. Recordings for non-ticket holders will be available after the event as well on our website.
