Director, Global Customer Success Operations
Jeff Huang is Director of Zenni Optical’s customer service operations responsible for contact center readiness and operational excellence for service & support across all regional support (including social customer care) channels across China, Mexico, US, and Philippines.
He has 18 years of experience in consumer digital product development and operations with a focus on improving affordability and access in the areas of Health Care & Education. Earlier in his career, Jeff held a leadership role as Director of Operational Readiness and Operational Excellence within Kaiser Permanente’s Digital Experience Team and as a researcher with SRI International, Center for Technology in Learning implementing educational technology programs for schools.
Jeff holds his MA in Educational Technology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MBA from San Jose State University, and BA in Social Welfare with minor in Education from the University of California, Berkeley.
