Jill Weis

Zone Director of Inside Sales

Michelin North America

Jill Weis is the Director of Inside Sales for Michelin North America (NA). Based on the evolving needs of Michelin’s customers, inside sales has been identified as a key competency and capability needed for the future evolution of Michelin’s commercial organization. Weis, partnering with Sitel, is charged to build, sustain, and continuously improve the inside sales function.

With more than 35 years of commercial, customer facing experience, Wies has held numerous leadership positions in sales, sales operations, marketing, and even manufacturing. Weis has spent most of her professional career building “from the customer back [to the supplier of goods and services]” approaches to and adoption by sales teams and supporting functions. This strategy drives enhanced customer satisfaction, or, as measured by Michelin via a Net Promoter Score (NPS), makes Michelin easier with which to do business!

Jill holds a MA degree from Walden University in clinical phycology. She earned her BS degree from North Carolina State University.
