As SVP of Sitel Americas Solutions organization, Pete leads a team of CX operations, technology and solutions experts that build custom, optimized customer support solutions for Sitel clients. Most recently, Pete’s focus has been on driving continuous enhancements to our Sitel at Home 2.0 offering; a robust, scalable solution that includes industry-leading tool/process/engagement capabilities and supporting over 300 clients and 60,000 customer support associates working from home.
A member of the Sitel team since 1997, Pete has a cross-section of experience in Account Management, Operations Management and Planning, Sales Support and Global Solutions. Pete has led solution design / implementation activities for hundreds of different clients, working closely with senior leaders across all major industries to deliver customized contact center operating structures, management practices, process design and associated support tools to optimize efficiency and customer value.
Prior to joining Sitel, Pete held positions in the Insurance industry with Fireman’s Fund and Mutual of Omaha in management, underwriting and marketing/ training capacities. Pete holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska, and has over 25 years of contact center industry expertise.
