As part of the UK&I’s senior management team, Rob Adams is the Director of Digital CX & Transformation managing all aspects of client and customer experience transformation in the UK&I and working closely with the Global and EMEA Digital & Transformation teams. He is passionate about listening to others and enjoys “lifting the rocks” to uncover and fully understand businesses’ and customers’ challenges. Rob is committed to helping clients to transform their approach to their customer experience strategy and become distinctive in the market by delivering best-in-class customer journeys that are engaging, timely and relevant.
Rob has designed and delivered many leading customer experience programmes and advanced analytics solutions. Accomplished in identifying key problems and opportunities for clients, he has a history of achieving market leading solutions during his time at companies such as Deloitte, The Logic Group and ACNielsen.
Rob’s leadership experience includes tenures across diverse verticals including aviation, retail, health and beauty, hospitality and leisure and the public sector. Rob holds a Chartered Management Institute Diploma from Newcastle University, a Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma from Oxford Brookes University and a BSc Hons from University of Plymouth.
